A short, well-written response in simple language is a powerful way to show someone the love of Jesus. Complicated, confusing words can be a barrier that gets in the way of them experiencing the hope of the Gospel.

We consider how each person may be feeling, and respond with understanding and grace, without judgment. People come to us from a variety of backgrounds, cultures, and experiences, especially regarding church. Some have experienced judgment rather than love from Christians they’ve encountered.
