Host Team Leader Training: Getting Started

🎉 Congratulations! You’re a Host Team Leader! You’re kind of a big deal.

At Life.Church Online, we believe that everything rises and falls on leadership. Teams with solid leadership thrive, while teams without it usually fall apart and fail to achieve their mission. Here at Life.Church, our mission—to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ—is a calling we don’t take lightly. That’s why we’re excited that you’re stepping up to become a Host Team Leader (HTL)! You’re answering the call to help us achieve our mission by leading with a compelling vision and contagious passion.

🤔 What is a Host Team Leader?

The Host Team Leader (HTL) is the go-to person for that service. The HTL represents Life.Church for their service, and leads their Host Team and the guests in their care. The HTL also creates the space and opportunities for Hosts on their team to grow in their walk with Christ and develop leadership.
