​​Oh good! Our heart as a church is to care for you—no matter what this season looks like for you. How are you doing since we last talked? How can we be praying for you?
  • ​​Be sure to make notes about your conversation including prayer requests and life situations so you can reference them in future calls. 
  • ​​If they have a felt need that feels beyond your ability to lead through, please let them know that you’d love to connect them with a pastor. Feel free to go ahead and pray with them, but select “Assign to Pastor” under Activity to indicate they need additional follow-up from a pastor. 
  • ​​If they mention what their engagement has looked like, be sure to note it in the Engagement Status section, but it’s not required.
